Located in Buvrinnes, in the countryside just 5 minutes from the Center of Binche, Pascal and Marie welcome you to their BRAND NEW gîte.

The ""garden side"" cottage consists of a single-family dwelling located on a plot of 50 acres, located in a dead end, 4 km from the center of Binche. The place offers a calming and secure rural setting. The cottage has a large private parking space available to tenants. A large private garden as well as a covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue are also available.

The ground floor of the house offers an entrance hall with separate WC and a living room of +/- 70m² including a lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, 4 ceramic hobs, hood, fridge and freezer, percolator and senseo, electric toaster and kettle, dishwasher and washing machine).

On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm x 200cm) and a 2nd bedroom with a double bed (140cm x 200cm) equipped with electric box springs and memory foam mattresses. On this floor is the bathroom consisting of a sink unit, a walk-in shower and a second toilet.

On the 2nd floor is the last bedroom, spacious, equipped with 2 single beds (90cm x 200cm).

The Gîte "Côté Jardin" is completely NEW (2023), comfortably equipped offering new and good quality bedding. It has a heat pump heating/air conditioning system. it also offers a high quality WIFI connection as well as access to around a hundred television channels (several languages available).
